Luxurious villa with a large plot

The luxury villa has 2 floors and is divided into 4 fully self-contained apartments. You can live in it as a large family, as well as individual companies. The apartments on the second floor have access to spacious terraces. Here, sitting in cozy wicker chairs with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, you can admire the most beautiful view of the bay. Each apartment is equipped with a private bathroom with showers and a kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, crockery and all necessary kitchen utensils. The apartments are equipped with bed linen, bath and beach towels. Each floor has an iron, hair dryer and ironing board. In the basement there is a laundry room with two washing machines. The maximum capacity of the second floor apartments is 4 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious apartment - a studio for 2 people and a family apartment for 6 people....
