Top Estate provides the following services: • Real estate listings publication and promotion • Search and filtering of rental and sale properties • Connection between property owners/agents and potential tenants/buyers • Featured listing placement and promotional services All services are provided electronically through the website top-estate.me.
3Payment Methods
Payments on the platform are processed through the WayForPay payment service. Accepted payment methods include all methods supported by WayForPay: • Visa / Mastercard credit and debit cards • Apple Pay / Google Pay • Internet banking • Other methods available in the WayForPay system All prices are displayed in EUR. Payment processing is secure and compliant with PCI DSS standards.
4Service Terms and Delivery
Paid services (such as featured listing placement or premium accounts) are activated immediately after successful payment confirmation from WayForPay. The duration of the service depends on the selected plan and is clearly indicated before payment. As the platform provides digital services, there is no physical delivery involved. All services are provided electronically and are accessible through the user's account on the website.
5User Obligations
By using the platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information in listings • Not publish misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content • Not use the platform for any unlawful purposes • Comply with applicable laws of your jurisdiction Top Estate reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that violates these terms.
6Limitation of Liability
Top Estate acts as an intermediary platform and does not guarantee: • The accuracy of information provided by third-party users • The quality or condition of listed properties • The completion of any transaction between users Top Estate is not a party to any rental or sale agreement between users and bears no responsibility for disputes between them.
7Intellectual Property
All content on the Top Estate platform, including but not limited to text, design, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Top Estate or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Top Estate a non-exclusive license to display and distribute this content on the platform.
8Changes to Terms
Top Estate reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
