1No Refund Policy

Top Estate does not provide refunds or reimbursements for any paid services once the payment has been successfully processed and the service has been activated. All sales of digital services on the platform are final. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that: • You understand the nature and scope of the service being purchased • You consent to immediate activation of the service • You waive the right to a refund upon service activation

2Transaction Cancellations

Cancellation of a transaction is not possible after the payment has been processed and the service has been delivered. Each such case will be reviewed individually, but Top Estate is not obligated to issue a refund.

3Chargebacks
