The object has a longitudinal shape and extends from 30 m from the shore to 120 m from the shore, that is, on average about 75 m from the shore. The UT conditions provide for another road planned along the entire length of the western boundary of the site. On the right side, in the east, there is a site where the Sea Dance festival is held every year. All the plots are connected into one whole and form one urban area of mixed, residential and tourist use, which is also evident from the technical conditions. The building index is 0.69, that is, gross construction of buildings with an area of 3840 m2 plus auxiliary buildings is allowed on an urban site.
